Yes apparently they are made with some kind of silicone rubber.  Since I think this crap may actually be built by a professional due to the fact that poisonous chemicals are involved in the process of making this crap.  I am fairly certain that this is done by a performance artist of some kind.  Also theoretically you can purchase the silicone boobs.

So yeah this website is amazing, in 1000 years when there are internet archaeologists they will look upon this and understand the 21st century completely.
